Dark corridors need better lighting!!! Ice machines should be functioning properly and maintained regularly!!! Paint peeling off the stairs is a bad look!!!

The hotel was located close to the mall and other shopping centres, and the Rio Grande Valley on a regular basis. The rooms were well-kept as for me, with comfortable beds. I had an exceptionally good breakfast with hot food, the food was outstanding! I came here for 1 night and had a very comfortable stay.

We did not know ahead of time that the pool was closed for renovations.

The facility appeared exceptionally clean.
Going through remodel and air conditioning wasn't working well at times. Water took a while to get hot in shower.

The location was super convenient. The breakfast was better than average, and the evening reception with snacks was a nice touch.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. We noticed our bed wasn't changed properly, quite off-putting.

The bed was very comfy, as were the pillows.The breakfast and dinner buffets were perfect for our small family, and focused on our sons menu choices!
There was a shortage on pillows and towels.... apparently from the full occupancy over the holiday weekend.

The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. The room was clean. We appreciated the practical amenities like a fridge and microwave. Noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at times, and the Wi-Fi connection could be stronger.

The bed was and looked so so comfortable. The tub looked so clean that you could take a bubble bath. Which my grandson did. He said thank you thank you thank you :-) :-) :-)

The location felt a bit noisy at night. Each member of the team was friendly, which significantly improved our stay. The breakfast options were excellent and impressed us as well.

Bed was very comfortable, enjoyed the breakfast.
The Drury office center, on the 2nd floor was out of order and the front desk man said "don't expect it to be fixed", we are awaiting parts. I had a 3 day stay and needed to make copies of contracts for meeting and maps... went to another Hotel and borrowed their printer in their office center.
